Do you have letters to God (prayers) that haven’t been answered? Are there situations in your life that seem to be getting worst instead of better? Have you served HIM faithfully, doing the right things and feel its all for naught?
Well, those letters aren’t being overlooked. You have to keep praying. God is time so we cannot tell him when to do things. I feel like Daniel in the Lions den, but I must remember like Daniel, y prayer may be delayed… We find in Daniel 10:12-14 – “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. 13 But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. 14 Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.”
Your delayed prayer is just a chance for God to perfect us and to ensure he gets the glory. If he answered all of our prayers on the first day, some of us would feel we did something great. So the Job, Abraham/Sarah and Daniel experiences in our lives will be answered in Gods time. Hold on and keep expecting your miracle…
What are you waiting for? Write a letter to God today. Remember JOY (Jesus, Others and then Yourself) when you are writing!!!
